The ideal candidate will be career-minded with a desire to grow as our organization grows. This position will develop and administer a comprehensive irrigation strategy for all West Coast growing operations.


  1. Oversee and develop drip irrigation programs in both the container and field settings.
  2. Monitor and keep records of water applications and usage on the West Coast and adjust as needed for optimum plant growth and water use efficiency.

This is a large scale growing operation and suitable candidates must have education and management level experience in a relevant agricultural setting. Candidates must be familiar with drip and above ground irrigation systems and have suitable experience or education with soil science, plant health strategies, and application processes.
