August: Farwest Show
One of the “crown jewels” of nursery trade shows in North America, the Farwest Show is held each
August at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland – right in the heart of nursery country.
• Connect with decision makers: 71 percent of exhibitors and 70 percent of attendees in 2009 were the business owner, president, or manager.
• Expose your brand to industry professionals and gain nationwide attention: in 2009 participants from 48 states and 20 countries were at the Farwest Show.
• Leverage your advertising dollars. In 2009, Farwest show advertising reached over 20,000 growers, 20,000 garden centers, and 10,000 landscape professionals.
