Oregon is a leader in the U.S. nursery and greenhouse industry. It is consistently among the top three plant producers in the nation, having shipped more than $1 billion worth of nursery and greenhouse plants and Christmas trees in 2007. More than 74 percent of all Oregon-grown plants are shipped to other states – to Washington, California, the Northeast, the Atlantic states, Rocky Mountain states, the Midwest, the South, the Gulf Coast and abroad.

The Oregon Association of Nurseries is the community dedicated to the long-term success, profitability and excellence of Oregon’s nursery and greenhouse industry. OAN’s impact reaches far beyond its members. Its efforts to market, educate and advocate serve the entire industry.
