Allan Niemi, Interim Executive Director
The Executive Director has overall supervisory responsibility for staff, budget and activities of the OAN and serves as lead spokesperson for the association’s 1,400 members. Also serves as treasurer of the Oregon Nurseries Foundation. Staff liaison to Finance and Nominating committees.

Kathy Hight, Director of Finance and Administration
Responsible for association activities pertaining to financial and managerial accounting, member services, information technology, human resource management, facility maintenance, and office systems. Acts as resource for association governance issues. Staff liaison to Finance, Insurance and Safety committees.

Debbie Hopkins, Administrative Services Coordinator
Supports activities pertaining to the association’s finances, database and membership maintenance, office systems, and executive support.

Jeff Stone, Director of Government Relations
Responsible for the association's political activities. Oversees fund-raising efforts and acts as treasurer for the Oregon Nurseries Political Action Committee (ONPAC). Keeps OAN members informed of legislative and regulatory developments affecting the nursery and greenhouse industry. Represents the industry before elected officials and government agencies. Staff liaison to Government Relations, Environment & Natural Resources Committees and ONPAC.

Responsible for overall development and direction of OAN's marketing activities. Supervises outside trade show and national marketing activities. Staff liaison to Marketing committee.

Responsible for overall development and direction of the association's print publications, Web content, and communications to members and the public. Also serves as primary media and public relations contact. Staff liaison to Oregon Nurseries Foundation.

Serves as production manager and staff writer for Digger magazine and the electronic Member Update, and handles many in-house graphic design or special editorial projects.

Chris Sweet, Advertising and Sponsorship Account Manager
Responsible for wholesale business sponsorship accounts and advertising sales for the OAN's main publications: Digger, Membership Directory and the annual Nursery Guide, as well as banner ad sales on the OAN's web sites.

Whitney Rideout, Business Development Manager
Manages association’s business development program. Responsible for developing and marketing sponsorship opportunities for association events, and also for other revenue development. Also works with sustainability efforts.
